Main Level: - Family Room: Relax on a plush sectional sofa, enjoy the 65" HDTV, and warm up by the dual-sided fireplace, all while taking in stunning mountain scenery through large windows. - Kitchen: A brand new, fully equipped kitchen with custom blue cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. - Coffee Bar: A dedicated station with a Keurig, 12-cup drip coffeemaker, French press, and milk frother. - Dining: Share meals at the large farmhouse dining table. Upstairs Game Room: - A second living area featuring a comfortable leather sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball, and classic arcade games. Neighborhood description Secluded cabin located in Sky Harbor Resort. Property is on large corner lot with very few surrounding cabins of peace and quiet. All roads up to cabin are paved in the resort and all roads are well maintained but can be a bit steep and winding in certain areas. If you are coming during the winter months 4X4 or AWD is strongly recommended. Last road up to the cabin is somewhat steep it is recommended that weather be monitored before your trip and you purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be provided due to weather or vehicle issues getting up the hill. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of making a drive up a moderately steep hill before booking. Most guests have zero issues but a few guests noted having to accelerate to get up the last hill. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. No refunds or cancellations will be provided due to weather conditions or a vehicle's inability to navigate the mountain roads. Wildlife: This cabin is located in the mountains, and you will very possibly see wildlife such as bears, turkeys, and other critters during your stay. For your safety and theirs, please do not feed the animals under any circumstances. Food & Vehicle Safety: Do not leave food in your vehicles or outside on the decks. Always lock your vehicle doors to prevent wildlife from entering.
